Hall Pass Punch Card

It's been a very long year already. A very, very long year. And to add to it, we had our 2/3 split teacher quit last week (effective immediately.) Now I'm gaining four more students in my third grade class. With the struggles my class has already had this year, and now that we are growing by four, I've decided to "reset" the class starting tomorrow. Many things will remain the same, but many structures and procedures will change. One new procedure that I'll be implementing is the Hall Pass Punch Card (Thanks Pinterest!)

Each student will have his/her own card, laminated and hung on a ring clip by the classroom door. Anytime a student has to use the restroom or leave the classroom for some other non-emergency ("I forgot my jacket on the yard.") they will have to hole punch one of the baseball. At the end of the month, each unpuched baseball is worth a raffle ticket. Prizes in the drawing will include items such as pencils and squeezy ball and passes for lunch with me or a homework free night. I'm keeping my fingers crossed this will help out some of my students who always seem to forget to use the bathroom at recess.

P.S. The PDF is upside down because the margins seem to work out better on my printer. Enjoy!
