My home away from home

So, it's summertime and that means three things:

1. I wake up when I want to wake up.

2. I actually get around to reading all the books I've been wanting to this year.

3. I can usually be found at my home away from home, AT&T Park.

I live and breathe Giants baseball (along with living and breathing teaching.) I spoiled myself this season by buying half a season's worth of tickets. This week I'll be at the park five days in a row. The ballpark is my happy place. The place where I go to be a child again myself. It is at the ballpark that I am defintiely both student and teacher. I love learning new things about the game all the time and the teacher in me never goes away, as I love teaching others about the game as well.
